In the event that the customer receives technical defects or damage during delivery, he should send back the notification via the contact form at www.vkomtech.com/gb/contact-us, by phone or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The store administrator will agree with you on how to collect the advertised goods.
We do not accept any parcels sent COD. The costs associated with returning the goods advertised, we refund immediately after receiving the parcel and considering the complaint.
The returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice, receipt, or print-out of the confirmation of delivery received by e-mail. All complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt at the latest.
Damaged goods will be exchanged for another, full-fledged, and if it is no longer possible, for example, because of a shortage in stock, we will refund the buyer the equivalent price of the product or offer him other goods available in the store to choose from.
Our legal obligation is to provide you with the ordered goods without defects. However, if the received product has hidden defects or is damaged during use for reasons beyond the control of the user, the warranty right may be exercised.
The length of the warranty we provide ranges between 1 and 2 years and is detailed in the product description and at www.vkomtech.com/gb/content/8-warranty. The basis for accepting the complaint is the proof of purchase in the form of an invoice issued by us or a copy of the proof of purchase of the final customer in the event of resale. As a rule, faulty goods should be returned to the seller to enable him to examine the legitimacy of the complaint. If in doubt, contact your sales representative to arrange the details.
In order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly and efficiently, the following conditions should be met:
TERMS OF WARRANTY:
The warranty period is from 1 to 2 years from the date of purchase or resale (details are given directly in the offers). The warranty applies only within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Repairs/replacements of equipment during the warranty period are carried out by the Guarantor.
In the event of defects or damage to the equipment during the warranty period, it will be removed free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Guarantor.
Equipment for repair should be delivered to the Guarantor in the original factory packaging. In the absence of complete packaging, the risk of damage during transport shall be borne by the advertiser.
The advertised products are cyclically received from the customer in accordance with the contract via courier after a prior written complaint to the company address or email@example.com.
The condition of accepting the device for repair/warranty exchange is the submission by the advertiser:
proof of purchase copy/original
the advertised product (without accessories) with the manufacturer's intact seals (if this applies to the advertised product).
The Guarantor may refuse to perform repair/warranty replacement if it is found that the seals or traces of repairs made by unauthorized persons have been breached.
The warranty does not cover equipment:
changed or used contrary to its purpose,
mechanically damaged (damage caused by dropping the product, a short circuit in the electrical system, pollution, etc.),
damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation,
the warranty does not cover batteries and accumulators if the device has one.
The warranty does not cover activities that are part of the basic maintenance, such as installing equipment.
In the event of an unjustified complaint (after the proper functioning of the equipment by the Guarantor) or rejection of this warranty, the Contractor shall cover the costs of transporting the equipment to and from the Guarantor.
The Guarantor shall not be liable for the timely delivery of warranty services if their activities are disturbed by unforeseen circumstances of a higher force nature.
Other than this warranty, there are no express or implied warranties.
The warranty on sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer under the warranty for defects of the thing sold.
In accordance with art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Seller's liability under the warranty for the Product towards the Counterparty who is not a consumer is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Products intended for assembly and connection to the network are subject to warranty only if they are installed by specialized and qualified fitters, the proof of purchase of such service (invoice or receipt) confirms this.
